Create a database using the CREATE DATABASE command (for Windows system)

 LOGFILE GROUP 1 (‘D:\app\oracle\oradata\TEST\redo01.log’) SIZE 100M,
 GROUP 2 (‘D:\app\oracle\oradata\TEST\redo02.log’) SIZE 100M,
 GROUP 3 (‘D:\app\oracle\oradata\TEST\redo03.log’) SIZE 100M
 character set AL32UTF8
 datafile ‘D:\app\oracle\oradata\TEST\system01.dbf’ size 100M autoextend on next 10M maxsize unlimited extent management local
 sysaux datafile ‘D:\app\oracle\oradata\TEST\sysaux.dbf’ size 100M autoextend on next 10M maxsize unlimited
 undo tablespace undotbs1 datafile ‘D:\app\oracle\oradata\TEST\undotbs1.dbf’ size 100M
 default temporary tablespace temp tempfile ‘D:\app\oracle\oradata\TEST\temp01.dbf’ size 100M;
 
SQL> CREATE TABLESPACE users DATA ‘D:\app\oracle\oradata\TEST\users01.dbf’ SIZE 25M AUTOEXTEND ON NEXT 1280K MAXSIZE UNLIMITED EXTENT MANAGEMENT LOCAL;


SQL> alter database mount;

 SQL> alter database open;

 SQL> select instance_name,version,status,database_status from v$instance;


INSTANCE_NAME VERSION STATUS DATABASE_STATUS

 TEST 11.2.0.3.0  STARTED ACTIVE
